Discussing the power of imagination is one of my favorite things to do. As I say in the video, I believe that imagining something in your life is the first step in the act of creating it.
My question to you is, “What do you want to create in your life?” When you picture yourself living that reality in your imagination, you prepare your mind and body to realize it.

I had a blast visiting with Jessica Jane Peterson in Episode Four! Jessica and I went on several tours in 2018 to entertain the men, women, and families of the United States military. That gave us all sorts of stories to share! We even watched several video clips of her from performances in Italy and Germany. She is such a dynamic and fun performer to watch!
Next up, I share a video clip on the power of imagination and how it aids in resilience from my #DOTHEIMPOSSIBLE program. I really enjoyed hearing Jessica’s thoughts on how imagination has played a role in her success.
We wrapped things up with a video clip of interactive close-up magic that I performed in a wine cellar in Portugal. The card trick blows my spectators’ minds. That beautiful wine cellar still blows mine! BIG thanks to Jessica Jane for being part of Jason Michaels TV Episode Four!

LIVE B-I-G, my friend! B-I-G.
Inspiring people to LIVE B-I-G is my mission and I desperately want it for you.
But why? What does it mean? And how do you LIVE B-I-G anyhow? As a teenager I fell in love with entertaining audiences through acting and the art of magic. I also had Tourette Syndrome, which is a debilitating neurological disorder that manifests itself with uncontrollable body movements and vocalizations. I faced a unique set of challenges in my journey to fulfill my dream of becoming a professional entertainer.
Over the next ten years, I developed a process that helped me defy the naysayers, defeat self-doubt, and live the life that I desperately wanted to live. The result of my decade-long struggle – the powerful LIVE B-I-G system!

My favorite part of what I share in today’s video is when I share that learning is the one inner strength that grows all other inner strengths. Want to be more compassionate? Focus on learning how to be more compassionate. Want to be better at mindfulness? Learn more about mindfulness.
My second favorite part of today’s video is the fact that when you learn something, you can never unlearn it. Much like riding a bicycle, it stays with you.
With that in mind, today is an excellent day to study how learning can help you and me increase our resilience. Whether it is kindness, inner toughness, or any other inner strength, studying how to properly learn in regards to building resilience will help you become the person you are striving to be. So, what do you want to learn today?

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, everyone in the live events business has been forced to re-think “business as usual.” It was the realization that I was going to be spending a lot more time at home than normal that birthed the idea of creating Jason Michaels TV.
My idea for Jason Michaels TV was to combine the livestreamed performances that so many entertainers were doing with my own “talk show.” (I use the term “talk show” very loosely here!)
This is Episode One, my first attempt, at creating something that would be a fun distraction for everyone who is currently stuck at home, too. Enjoy! (And feel free to tell me what you think!)

“The things we believe about ourselves always prove to be true.”
That statement, from my program #DOTHEIMPOSSIBLE, can be hard to understand. After all, it would be very easy to debate the point. I guess that’s why I felt it was necessary to provide examples from my life after I made the statement.
For today’s #TouretteTalk I’ve decided to share a short video clip from my talk about why, and how, what we believe can define the way we see ourselves, the actions we take - virtually everything in our lives…

Good Morning. It’s Monday and there are things to do. So, let’s tackle #MotivationMonday.
Today’s main question is…
Long story short…I’m not always positive. I deal with frustration, doubt, and sadness, just like you do.
However, when I wake up in the morning, I choose to be positive. I look around at the world and choose gratitude and thankfulness to be alive.
You know, every day is a new day, and with it, brings new challenges and adventures. I choose to be thankful to see what opportunities will present themselves to me.

I’ve written in my book and on this blog before about being embarrassed by the tics from my Tourette Syndrome. I think the unwanted attention that movement and vocal tics draw from others are what adds insult to injury. Think of it like this…I already can’t control some of my movements or vocalizations, and now someone wants to point at me and laugh because of them.
But I don’t bring this up because I want to discuss that it’s not fair to have Tourette Syndrome. I’ve already made the point (in another #TouretteTalk article) that life isn’t fair. Besides, thinking about how unfair it is to have Tourette Syndrome (or any other difficult disorder, illness, malady, etc.) puts me in a mindset of feeling like a victim. And let me tell you something…
I am not a victim. Nor will I allow myself to think that way.
You see I firmly believe that…

I’m wrapping up the Introduction from my book “You Can Do the Impossible, Too!” in today’s #TouretteTalk. Just sharing these blog articles over the last few weeks has helped me gain a new perspective on living with Tourette Syndrome and any other “impossible challenge” that you and I may be dealing with.
As you read the book excerpt below, please keep in mind the simple idea of “missing the forest because of the trees.” It’s very easy to get caught up in the things that are right in front of you, including the immense difficulties that you may be dealing with. When someone makes fun of you and hurts your feelings, I want you to remember that this too shall pass.
I know how difficult it can be to live with uncontrollable tics. I know how easy it is to get lost in self-defeating inner-talk. I know how depressing it can be to not see any end in sight to your pain and frustration.
I honestly don’t have an answer that will make magically cure you. What I can offer you is this…I type these words today thinking of you. I am standing firmly in your corner cheering loudly as you live the adventure of life.
I may not know you personally, but…

It’s Monday and it’s time for some motivation! In today’s video, I tackle two awesome questions that were submitted by friends, fans, and family…
How do you stay optimistic?
What gives you hope and stability?
As I dive into the answers to these questions I touch on the idea of choosing hope and optimism, exercise and its benefits, faith and…
