My favorite part of what I share in today’s video is when I share that learning is the one inner strength that grows all other inner strengths. Want to be more compassionate? Focus on learning how to be more compassionate. Want to be better at mindfulness? Learn more about mindfulness.
My second favorite part of today’s video is the fact that when you learn something, you can never unlearn it. Much like riding a bicycle, it stays with you.
With that in mind, today is an excellent day to study how learning can help you and me increase our resilience. Whether it is kindness, inner toughness, or any other inner strength, studying how to properly learn in regards to building resilience will help you become the person you are striving to be.
